First of all, I would like to thank all the volunteers, officials, coaches, facility staff and parents for all their support over the weekend. We could not have done it without you. The meet ran smoothly and without any problems.

The 2010 FG Open Invitational in January was our first home meet of the year. The kids were excited and ready to race. White and blue groups performed well. Both groups combined swam a total of 123 new best times. It’s a great way to start the season.

Swimmers of the Meet

White Group – Quinn Reeves – Quinn had a breakthrough meet. She performed really well in all her events. She placed in the top 10 in 4 different events and best performed in the 50 backstroke where she finished 4^th in her age group. Congratulations!!!

Blue Group – Jenna Deal – Jenna had an awesome swim meet. She swam a total of 6 new personal best times. She improved the most in the freestyle races. Her best performance was in the 50 free where she placed 7^th in her age group. Nice job, girl!!!

Here is my review:

White Group

Charlene Forti	Charlene had a good meet. She swam 3 events and 3 personal best times.
Maya Ginzburg	Maya did really well in both 50 breaststroke and backstroke, finishing 7^th and 8^th respectively.
Pablo Gomez	Pablo shaved off almost 10 seconds in his 50 free. Nice job!!!
Luiz Hosfeld	Luiz Hosfeld had a great meet. He improved his times in 5 events. His highlight of the weekend was the 100 backstroke, where he dropped over 6 seconds.
Boris Iliev	Boris had a really good 100 freestyle race. He also swam 3 new PB times.
David Isenberg	David had a good 50 breaststroke race.
Ronni Isenberg	Ronni shaved off over 4 seconds in the 50 butterfly.
Lindsey Kaufman	Lindsey swam 4 new personal best times out of 6 races. She best performed in the 50 breaststroke.
Sebastien Parks	Sebastien has been working hard on his freestyle and backstroke. He improved his times in both strokes.

Daniel Rivera	Daniel had an awesome 100 freestyle race, dropping over 8 seconds off his previous best time.
Vanessa Rivera	Vanessa competed well all weekend long. She swam 4 events and 4 personal best times.
Kristin Sauer	Kristen performed well in the 50 backstroke and freestyle. She placed 5th and 6^th respectively.
Megan Schimansky	Megan had a really good 100 freestyle race. She bettered her time by over 10 seconds. She also swam 5 new PB times.
Luisa Suzuki	Luisa swam 2 new personal best times.
Kristen Tabia	Kristen improved over 12 seconds in the 100 Free.
Ashley Tan	Ashley swam 2 events and 2 PB times.
Camila Vara	Camila had a good 50 butterfly, improving her previous best time by 2 seconds.
Ally Walters	Ally swam 5 new PB times. She best performed in the freestyle races.

Blue Group

Jillian Alexander	Jillian finished 3^rd in the 100 IM and 100 breaststroke races.
Stephanie Campo	Stephanie won the 500 free and the 50 backstroke. She also finished 2^nd in the 100 IM and 3^rd in the 50 butterfly.
August Charni	August had a great 50 backstroke race, finishing 2^nd in his age group. He also swam 5 new PB times.
Eden Cooke	Eden won the 50 free and, placed 2^nd in the 50 breast and 100 IM.
Catharine Cooper	Catharine finished in the top 10 in all her events. Her highlight of the weekend was the 50 freestyle where she placed 2^nd in her age group.

Nicole Gautieri	Nicole won the 50 breaststroke and placed 3^rd in the 50 backstroke.
Danielle Ginzburg	Danielle performed well in the backstroke races, finishing 5^th and 6^th in the 50 and the 100 respectively.
Logan Hanson	Logan had an outstanding 100 breaststroke race, where he dropped over 13 seconds off his previous best time.
Kylie Herman	Kylie swam 3 new personal best times.
Kelly Kealty	Kelly swam the 500 freestyle for the first time and finished 6^th in her age group.
Tyla Martin	Tyla won the 50 butterfly.
Audrey Mason	Audrey swam 2 new personal best times and finished 8^th in the 50 freestyle.
Kayla Moodie	Kayla placed in the top 10 in all her events. She excelled in the 50 free, when she won the race.
Bryce Pierce	Bryce shaved off over 24 seconds in the 200 IM. Nice job!!!
Rebecca Sadler	Rebecca finished 3^rd in the 50 breaststroke and 5^th in the 50 free.
Lindsey Sadler	Lindsey swam 6 new personal best times. She best performed in the 50 free, when she placed 2^nd in her age group.
Charles Schwab	Charles improved his times in 5 different events. He placed 9^th in the 50 breaststroke.
Arie Van Der Vlist	Arie had a good meet. He swam 5 new PB times.
Missy Walters	Missy swam a best time in the 100 freestyle.
Rebecca Wilkerson	Rebecca dropped over 20 seconds in the 500 freestyle. She also placed 7^th in the 50 breaststroke.
Haley Wright	Haley placed 4^th in the 50 breaststroke and 100 IM. She also swam 4 new PB times.
